As a Project Manager, you oversee projects from start to finish in consultation with the client.
Position:
In this role, you are responsible for overseeing the planning, budget, and quality of projects, always ensuring clear communication between all parties involved.
You organize the work preparation, manage on-site supervision, and lead the installation teams (both in-house workers and subcontractors).
Together with the work planner, you develop the project in detail and ensure that suppliers and subcontractors are engaged at the right time.

Profile:
- Preferably, you hold a technical or higher technical diploma, or have equivalent experience.
- Several years of experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- You have excellent command of the French language and a basic knowledge of Dutch.
- You are highly skilled in planning and organizing, and work in a results-oriented manner. You are flexible and have a strong focus on quality.
- You are communicative and have experience in leading and motivating employees and subcontractors.
- You show initiative and possess a critical mindset towards potential process improvements.
- An affinity for construction and finishing work is a plus.
- You are a team player, given the daily interaction with colleagues.
