Everything starts with Solid Core
Our Alcomel sandwich panels have a PUR core with a solid core outer layer, for exceptional strength, moisture resistance and durability.
Thanks to their limited thickness (4-5 cm), they also save space, ticking the boxes both in terms of insulation and finishing. You can find these panels in innovative bathrooms, operating theatres and cleanrooms, or as hygienic walls.

Don’t have your own gluing line? Need a quick and reliable gluing solution? Thanks to our PUR hot melt adhesives and modern gluing line, we can also glue various material combos for third parties, including

As long as the material can be glued with hot melt adhesives and respects our maximum production dimensions, almost anything is possible.

Our gluing line guarantees precision, speed and a durable bond. Thanks to our six-roller press, materials are pressed with the same force throughout, ensuring consistent and reliable bonding. Moreover, the PUR adhesives we use are moisture-resistant, heat-resistant and safe, contributing to the long lifespan of each panel.
Our gluing line relies on technology from Soest Machinery and on Jowat’s high-quality Jowatherm® PUR adhesives – partners who help us deliver even better quality every step of the way.
